Michael E. Habeeb has built a multifaceted career in law, education, and communications. After his J.D. at San Francisco Law School and B.A. in Journalism at San Francisco State University, he proceeded to practice law for decades as a specialist in immigration law. Apart from his law practice, he has taught at a number of schools, including Menlo College, where he currently teaches Media & Society and Digital News Production. Habeeb has also served as faculty at Notre Dame de Namur University, Skyline College, Cañada College, and the San Francisco Law School, teaching Business Law, Legal Research & Writing, and Commercial Law. His background also includes communications leadership at the College of San Mateo and extensive experience as a writer and editor. Drawing on an interdisciplinary background, he integrates law, media, and education in his teaching. A lawyer and teacher throughout his entire life, he continues to guide students and counsel them in academic and professional development.
