Mahreen has called the Bay Area home for over 20 years and is a seasoned real estate operations executive with over 20 years of experience in multifamily and mixed-use property management. She currently serves as Director of Property Management for Axios Management Company, the property management platform under Madison Park Financial.
Mahreen leads Axios Management Company, serving as the sole executive responsible for executing and scaling the property management platform across California, Oregon, and Missouri. She is fully accountable for portfolio performance, asset stabilization, and operational alignment with ownership strategy. Her work focuses on creating institutional-grade systems, standardized processes, and service frameworks that deliver NOI growth, operational discipline, and consistent resident outcomes.
In addition to her professional role, Mahreen teaches Principles of Real Estate, where she incorporates local case studies to help students understand key concepts in financial analysis and asset valuation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Fordham University. Passionate about education and mentorship, she is dedicated to preparing the next generation of real estate professionals.
Outside of the classroom and office, Mahreen is an avid reader of biographies, particularly political ones and a lifelong history fan. She enjoys long walks, traveling, dancing, and Bollywood music and films. Her favorite destination to date is Dubai. A dedicated member of Orangetheory Fitness, she has completed over 400 classes and was recognized as a member of the month in 2024. Mahreen also enjoys watching sports, especially soccer, basketball, and cricket.
