Menlo College’s AI & Analytics major combines artificial intelligence, data analysis, and business strategy to prepare students for data-driven careers. Located in Silicon Valley, students gain hands-on experience applying AI in real-world business settings.

  • AIA 302 – Introduction to Artificial Intelligence
  • AIA 303 – Introduction to Modern Databases
  • AIA 304 – Language Models and Text Analytics
  • AIA 319 – Data Analytics and Visualization
  • AIA 330 – Technoethics and Responsibility
  • AIA 356 – Machine Learning for Business

Required internship courses (6 units)

Gain hands-on experience with a required internship and courses associated with that experience:

  • MGT 300: Exploring Menlo Pathways (1 unit)*
  • MGT 301: Internship Preparation (1 unit)
  • MGT 499: Internship in Major Field (4 units)
    *Can be waived for transfer students

Elective courses (6 units)

Choose two elective courses from the following to deepen your expertise:

  • AIA 401 – Digital Transformation
  • AIA 413 – Cybersecurity Fundamentals
  • AIA 414 – AI for Decision-Making and Strategy
