The Future of Investing: How Equity CrowdFunding is Shaping The American Dream

Menlo College has invited Silicon Valley angel investor Manny Fernandez to teach a highly interactive workshop on the laws, regulations, opportunities and future of equity crowdfunding. He will also discuss how investors are utilizing equity crowdfunding to build personal wealth. The workshop, hosted by the Menlo College Finance Club, will be presented on Wednesday, April 27, 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, at Menlo College’s Brawner Hall, in room 407.

Fernandez is a serial entrepreneur who helps companies achieve success. He was named in the Inc. Magazine list of the top 33 entrepreneurs to watch in 2016. He was also recognized as the 2014 SF Angel Investor of the Year. Fernandez advises, one of the leading European debt and equity crowdfunding platforms.
