Beautifully dressed young women and suited up young men entered the Haynes-Prim Pavilion to begin their check in for the much anticipated Mystery Dance, organized each year by the MCSGA. At 7:00 pm Student Government members, RAs, and chaperones began to direct students into buses. The students were noisy and in high spirits. Everyone was excited to see what venue MCSGA had chosen for the dance.

After crossing the Dumbarton Bridge and heading south on I-880, the buses finally arrived at City Beach in Fremont, where the guests were greeted by a red carpet and friendly workers. Inside the venue, students could choose to eat, drink, play ping pong, billiards, hockey, bocce ball, get temporary tattoos, ride on a surf board, or simply dance. The students fully enjoyed themselves at the venue. Around 2:00 am, all the students returned to campus where pizza was waiting to be consumed. MCSGA, along with help from Menlo College's faculty and staff, did a wonderful job planning and executing this event. Though it has only been a week since the dance, students can't wait to find out where this mysterious event will be held next year.
