5th Season of VITA at Menlo College

The fifth season of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program is beginning at Menlo College. Sponsored by Menlo College and the IRS, this program is for low/middle income taxpayers (those with incomes less than $54,000). VITA is comprised of Menlo College accounting and finance students as well as community volunteers who have undergone 24 hours of training and passed a series of rigorous exams. It has been extremely successful, preparing an average of 100 tax returns each year and serving the Menlo College and surrounding communities.
