Dr. Sekerka presents concepts that help young learners understand how to be more ethical. As we navigate these difficult pandemic times, self-regulation has become a critical skill set. In her third book of Being a Better Bear series, readers will come to understand how self-regulation is essential toward fostering personal and relational well-being. Through a series of challenges, a young cub named Fred realizes that he must learn to manage his desires to ensure his own health and happiness.
