Office Coordinator for the Office of Internships, Career Services, and Study Abroad (Part-Time)

Overview

The Office Coordinator will support the Menlo College Office of Internships, Career Services, and Study Abroad (ICS), which is housed within the Center for Academic & Professional Success at Menlo College.

The ICS is a four-person team—Director, Assistant Director, Coordinator (part-time) and Student-Worker (part-time)—responsible for (1) managing the internship program, (2) providing general career services, and (3) promoting and preparing students for study abroad opportunities. We host two large events, Mock Interview Day and Career Connect Day as well as workshops and information sessions.

The Office Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations and have the exciting opportunity to contribute meaningfully to all of our initiatives.

Work Schedule / Reporting Relationship

This position is a part-time, 25-28 hours/week, exempt, 12-month position with a flexible schedule. A regular work schedule will be set in advance, but there is some flexibility about how the hours/week will be allocated. Flexible start date, but ideally late February/early March. The Office Coordinator will report to the Director of Internships, Career Services, and Study Abroad.
