Position Summary

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Database & ERP Administrator is responsible for the management and administration of our central administrative system, currently Jenzabar One. Systems that connect to the ERP, either directly or indirectly via data transfer, are also supported by this position. This currently includes financial aid software (PowerFAIDS), meal cards (CBORD Odyssey), development (Virtuous CRM), Salesforce, and enrollment management (Jenzabar Recruitment Manager). In addition, the Administrator facilitates data transfer between the above systems and those primarily administered or managed by other personnel or campus units; for example, Schoology, ID Card systems, student insurance systems, and campus safety and alerting systems. The Database and ERP Administrator is also responsible for generating reports or facilitating data access needs, as appropriate, by various departments and end-users on campus, for example, Finance or Institutional Research personnel. The Administrator works closely with both technical and non technical personnel and given the broad access to institutional and student data, must be able to maintain the full trust of senior leadership.
