Position Summary

Menlo College is seeking an entrepreneurial, student-centered Assistant Director of Internships & Career Services to support the development and delivery of a comprehensive suite of services and programs that are tailored to meet the diverse and specific needs of the college’s undergraduate student body. You will be a key member of a small but influential team responsible for empowering students and alumni to achieve their professional goals. We do this through our award-winning internship program, our flagship events Mock Interview Day and Career Connect Day, our student-centered individual advising, and our strong cross-campus collaborative relationships focused on integrating career development into all campus activities. This position reports to the Director of Internships & Career Services.
