To Apply for Emergency Financial Relief


As you continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, please know the Menlo community is here to support you through these difficult times. To keep our students on a path to earn their degree, we are providing additional emergency funding to eligible students. We have a limited amount of funding available, and our target is to fund students who need it most.

The maximum that may be granted to any one student is $500 in the form of a check mailed directly to you. This is a continued initiative, intended to recognize financial hardship. 

In order to reach those who demonstrate the greatest need for relief, you will need to submit an application that outlines expenses you have incurred (or will incur) related to the disruption of campus operations due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Qualified expenses include, but are not necessarily limited to, food, housing, course materials, technology, health care, and child care. 

Note that you may be asked to substantiate that such expenses were: (1) related to Covid-19 pandemic-caused campus disruption; and (2) actually incurred and paid by you or by someone else on your behalf. You should be prepared to provide documentation of expenses if requested.
