Menlo College Student Government Association
As responsible, open-minded student leaders, Menlo College Student Government Association will act as the voice for the best interest and welfare of the students of Menlo College. As involved members of the community, Menlo College Student Government Association will commit to the benefit of the Menlo College community through their goodwill and service.
MCSGA consists of: President, Executive Vice President, Director of Programming, Director of External Affairs, Director of Finance, Senior Class President, Junior Class President, Sophomore Class President, Freshman Class President, Day Student Representative, Resident Representative, Public Relations Coordinator, Internal Affairs Coordinator, and Student Involvement Coordinator. These students work together as a team and are supervised by the elected Student Affairs and faculty advisors.
MCSGA governs over two subcommittees: The Student Allocation Board (SAB) and the Inter-Club Council (ICC)
The SAB is run by the MCSGA Director of Programming, Director of External Affairs, Director of Finance, and the Executive Vice President. Students can apply to be on the board. The SAB will have individual responsibility and authority to allocate funding for Menlo College clubs and organizations.
The ICC is run by the Director of External Affairs. The ICC will:
- Provide leadership training for club leaders
- Serve as a communication link between clubs
- Serve as a communication link between clubs and MCSGA
- Provide opportunity for clubs to share issues and concerns among one another
- Provide an environment to work out disputes between clubs
- Expedite communication between club officers and Student Union Managers

Elections are held in the Spring of each academic year. Applications are available in April and can be found in the Student Affairs Office, Library, Academic Success Center, and on the MCSGA website.
