Associate or Full Professor in Psychology

The Psychology program at Menlo College has a long history of successful graduates going into such diverse areas as education, social work and psychological field work, international business and law. Alumni successfully pursue graduate degrees in both psychological and organizational areas – MA, MFT, MS, MSW, JD and PhD.

Associate or Full Professor in Psychology

An initial three-year position for a senior scholar and teacher. Doctorate in Psychology required, specialty open. Individuals with backgrounds in industrial-organizational, social, and others with research interests addressing the integration of psychology and business or management are invited to apply. Publication record consistent with rank required. Teach undergraduate courses, including Organizational Psychology, Empirical Research Methods & Evaluation, Senior Thesis Capstone and electives in the individual’s field. Committee responsibility as appropriate.  Successful experience with program development and grant writing encouraged.
