Menlo College seeks faculty members wishing to teach in a dynamic, small, independent business school whose mission is: to develop future leaders through a liberal arts-based business education that integrates academic study and fieldwork in a Silicon Valley environment unmatched in its potential for innovation.
Our College focuses on personalized student-faculty interaction, and emphasizes student engagement through faculty advising and teaching that bridges theory and practice. Teach undergraduate courses in International Management (introductory survey), International Marketing, and related topics. Engage in research leading to publication in peer-reviewed journals, and perform campus service activities. Must be academically-qualified, PhD or DBA from an AACSB-accredited doctoral program.

The start date is anticipated as Fall 2014, but is negotiable, and the rank will be determined based upon qualifications.
