Conference & Event Services
Conveniently located in Atherton, CA, minutes away from Menlo Park and Palo Alto -- right in the heart of Silicon Valley, Menlo College is an ideal venue for conferences and other events, including resident “camps” and weddings. Conferences and other events can be hosted throughout the calendar year. Resident camps are available starting mid-May through early August. The Menlo College campus also has gazebos and other facilities that are ideal for weddings and other family celebrations.
Less than 20 miles from both the San Francisco and San Jose airports, the Menlo College campus is also just minutes away from local bus and train routes. Available facilities include classrooms, auditoriums, a large outdoor barbeque pit, a completely array of athletic facilities, various other recreational spaces and a large, open grass quad perfect for festivals, company picnics or other outdoor activities for groups of up to 1,800. Full dining and catering services are provided by Sodexo, a world leader in organic and other sustainable food provisioning.
Housing for Camps and Conferences
Menlo College can provide housing for over 450 summer camp or other resident guests, in a wide variety of facilities, including private bath residences and dormitory-style rooms, all coveniently located near a recreational swimming pool and barbecue. Single, double and triple occupancy rooms are available. Twenty-four hour security service is provided to assure maximum safety for residents.
Dining Services
The Menlo College Dining Commons can accommodate up to 350 guests at a time for receptions or other large gatherings that require meal service. An on-site catering manager is available to assist clients in selecting the perfect menus and décor to enhance any type of on-campus event.
Facilities
Facilities available for rent include classrooms, athletic fields, a gymnasium, an amphitheater, a traditional 250-seat theatre, outdoor gazebos, a dining hall and several spaces perfect for luncheons, weddings, meetings and/or private parties. Classrooms are multi-media ready, with screens for video presentations. Athletic fields include baseball, softball, soccer, tennis and football fields, as well as a recreational pool. Corporate picnics and large, outdoor gatherings can be held on a spacious, grassy quad located in the center of the campus.
