Students Host Shabbat Dinner

Last Friday, the Menlo College Jewish Student Club held its first event of the year: a Shabbat dinner for students, faculty and staff.

After a prayer led by club president Joey Zundelevicius, attendees dined on challah bread, matzah ball soup, roasted chicken, beef brisket, and several other traditional dishes prepared by students and staff.

The event was lively, with students and faculty discussing recent class projects and their plans for the weekend.

Joey expressed her gratitude to the guests, who in turn extended their gratitude by helping the club clean up at the end of the evening.
