ROSIE
and Bowman Library Website Get a New Look! After many months of interviewing and surveying faculty and students, the Bowman Library staff are very pleased to give ROSIE and the rest of the Bowman Library website a new look and new organization. The layout, categories, colors and even the graphics are designed to reflect what you, our patrons have asked for. Easy to use...Easy to navigate...Keep all of the great features... Library
Receives Funding to Improve Gateway After receiving a generous grant from the Koret Foundation, Bowman Library has begun adding new equipment to improve student access within the Library Gateway. The first steps in this process were the replacement of the old printer and computer monitors. After many years of hard work, the Library's printer was replaced with a new, Hewlett Packard printer that provides auto-duplexing and prints up to 50ppm. |

In
addition, the old computer monitors were replaced with eleven new
17" and one new 19" flat panel monitors, providing students
with better image viewing as well as more desk space for books and
papers. |

In the coming months, the Library will continue working on this grant to replace tables and make other needed equipment improvements. Stay tuned for more news! |
