The Library offers Reference and Information Services to assist students, faculty, and staff in using electronic and print resources to meet their informational and resource needs. Librarians are available to assist with learning how to locate books, use the research databases, as well as use the web. They can also help stream line a research topic or find material not available in Bowman Library. Students are urged to take advantage of this personal one-on-one assistance.

Reference assistance is available weekdays from 8am until 11pm (though hours are subject to change based on staffing needs). If you need assistance, just ask a librarian. If a librarian is unavailable, please ask a staff member to locate one for you.

In addition to providing reference assistance in the Library, Bowman Library now provides assistance with reference questions via e-mail. This service is available to all current Menlo College students, faculty and staff.

Please include your full name, e-mail address and a telephone number in all messages. All requests will receive a response within 24 business hours (please refer to the Library Information Page for regular hours).
