Credo Reference - A collection of online reference books, useful for definitions and background information on topics dealing with diversity in the workplace, affirmative action, and other policies/movements related to diversity.

Encyclopedia Britannica Online - Includes articles on topics such as racism, sexism, gender identity, and other topics related to diversity in the workplace.

Conference Board - Use the pulldown box on topics to browse business management reports in areas such as Diversity and Inclusion and Talent Management.

CQ Researcher - Search here for reports on timely and controversial topics, such as women in the military, affirmative action, religion in the workplace, and social movements.

EBSCOhost - Our largest database, containing articles from scholarly journals, magazines, and newspapers. Covers various issues on diversity in the workplace. Be sure to explore the Subject Headings on the left as ways to narrow your search.

ERIC - Search journal articles and reports in the education field. Also available at
