Early Estimator Form

Interested in an estimate of the financial aid you may be able to receive if you attend Menlo College?

Please complete the Early Estimator Financial Aid Form and fax it to 650-543-4103 or e-mail it to financialaid@menlo.edu.

In order to complete the form you will need your high school grade point average (GPA, grades 10-12) (or college GPA if you are a transfer student).

For admission and scholarship award purposes, Menlo College only considers grades for courses that are academic. Therefore, students' recalculated cumulative GPAs will often differ from the cumulative GPA stated on their transcripts.

The form also requires an Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) figure. You can calculate an EFC with the FAFSA4caster.

Within a few days after we receive the information, the Office of Financial Aid will respond to you with an estimated range of aid for which you may be eligible. We will be sending this estimate via email so make sure you provide us your most current active e-mail address.

Of course, in order to determine your actual eligibility for Federal and institutional need-based financial aid, you must first complete the 2010/2011 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), which will be available no earlier than January 1, 2010 at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Until January 1st, 2010, we can estimate your aid if you follow the steps above.
