Biography

Dr. Lovelace earned a Ph.D. in Organization Studies with a minor in Social Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.. She has been published in such journals as the Journal of Management Education, the Journal of the Academy of Business Education, Human Resource Management Review, the Journal of Workplace Behavioral Health, and the Journal of Managerial Psychology. Dr. Lovelace recently served as a guest editor for the Journal of Management Education, and is currently serving on the editorial board of the Academy of Management Learning and Education journal. She is an active member of the Academy of Management and the Organizational Behavior Teaching Society.
