Thank you for your interest in Menlo Students and Alumni whether for part-time, full-time, or internship positions. The Career Center is pleased to announce our new online posting system, Menlo CareerLink, powered by NACELink/Symplicity.

Posting a Job or Internship
If you haven't already established a NACELink account, you may register for an account at Menlo CareerLink. (You can use your registration at other schools as well.) Once you register, you will receive an email with your user name (your email address) and a password. As part of the email, you will receive an attachment, the CSM Employer Interface Guide that will provide you with information about the system.

When you're ready to post a job or internship, go to Menlo CareerLink and sign in. Follow the Quick Link to "Post a Job For this School Only" and complete the job profile. There is no charge for posting your position to Menlo College.

Information Session/Tables on Campus
If you are interested in having an information table on campus, you can use Menlo CareerLink to request a table and the date and time. Tables are available on a first come first serve basis. We recommend a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday between 11am and 2pm in Brawner Hall Corridor or, call Mary Robins at 650-543-3735 and we can discuss other options.

Career Fair
Menlo College has an annual Career Fair each spring, usually at the end of March.

Classroom and Special Event Presentations
Menlo College is always looking for local business people to give presentations and share information in classrooms and at special events. Contact Mary Robins, Director of Career Services, who will help connect you with the appropriate faculty member or student club president.

Informational Interviewing
Networking and informational interviewing is a key step in career management. If you are willing to spend some one-on-one time with a student as he or she explores career options, please contact Mary Robins (mrobins@menlo.edu). Before any contact names are released, students will be coached through the informational interview process, to ensure that the student is well prepared to take advantage of the time she/he spends with you.

About Menlo College and Our Students
Menlo College is a private, four-year baccalaureate college specializing in business leadership and management. With an enrollment of approximately 700 students from around the world, and a faculty devoted to undergraduate teaching and advising, Menlo College offers a unique, relevant, and very personalized educational experience. Fully one-third of the College's graduates have leading roles across a broad spectrum of business and industry. At least ten percent of its alumni are presidents, CEOs, or senior officers within public corporations.

Menlo College currently offers an outstanding degree in management based on a strong core curriculum with concentrations in general management, international management, sports management, marketing communication, and information systems. It also offers a degree in liberal arts with concentrations in history, humanities, and psychology and a degree in mass communication. The cornerstone philosophy of a Menlo College education is the development of core abilities that will ensure a graduate's success in a rapidly changing, 21st century environment. These abilities include innovative and critical thinking skills, communication skills, international and multicultural awareness, team-building and collaborative skills, and ethical and environmental responsibility.

The learning process does not end in the classroom. Students are encouraged to participate in internships and study programs that bridge the gap between theory and practice. Not only do participants gain hands-on experience, but they also grow personally as they encounter diverse people, cultures, and values.
