Information Technology
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) provides services and technical support to students, faculty, and staff using Menlo College hardware, software, and technology systems.
Getting Help
To request services or support, please submit a Help Desk ticket via phone (3830), email (helpdesk@menlo.edu), or in person. The OIT office is located in the Bowman Library.

After-hours support is available by appointment. OIT staff are also on-call evenings and weekends to respond to technical emergencies. To report an emergency, please contact Campus Security at (650) 400-5837.
IT Services
OIT provides user support through its Help Desk, as well as services and support for the College's wired and wireless network, servers, enterprise applications, databases, email system, phone system, technology-enabled classrooms and labs, instructional software, and more. Regrettably, OIT staff can not provide support for student or employee personal computers.
