Activities and Events
Menlo College is built on a model of bringing people together to help them succeed professionally and personally, and to that end, alumni are encouraged to participate.
Menlo College is looking forward to its 87th Alumni Reunion during the Homecoming Weekend on October 11, 2014. The ensuring events will bring together several generations of Menlo alumni from all over the world to celebrate the College’s achievements since its inception in 1927 through Commencement 2014, where Menlo presented its 85th graduating class on May 10, 2014.
Hall of Fame Reception & Induction

In 2012, six more alumni took their place amongst the Oaks elite: Bill Imwalle, Duane Ito, Ryan Madden, Joey Martinez, Eddie Miller, and Jason Stamps. The Hall of Fame inductees are announced during halftime of the Homecoming football game, as part of the College's 85th anniversary celebrations which go through 2014. We look forward to honoring individuals this year, Friday October 10, 2014. More details to follow.

SBA Day is the major annual event on the Menlo Campus. The program originated back in the 1970’s to have Menlo students interact with alumni and business community leaders. This year’s SBA program is on November 10, 2014.
The goals of the SBA Day are:
- To bring businessmen and students together for friendly, informal discussion and an interchange of ideas;
- To acquaint the business community with the objectives of Menlo College’s School of Business;
- To expose the business students to expert, direct-from-the-field opinions on current trends in managerial policies and techniques; and
- To increase understanding of the responsibility and the role of business in the community
Alumni / Student Career Networking
Alumni professionals are invited to share their experiences and skillsets acquired along the road to success, including how they built their network during college.
Executive Speaker Series
The Executive Speakers Series is open to all Menlo students, faculty, and staff. The presentations are designed to provide students with insights into real business operations as a complement to the academic training they receive, and create an opportunity for informal dialogue between the executives and the students.
Accounting Speaker Series
Menlo College sponsors "Careers In Accounting" panel discussions with working professionals from fields such as public accounting (assurance and tax), private industry, and non-profit/government. The panelists describe their career paths, their current responsibilities and give advice for students interested in careers in accounting.
