Logging In

To log in to your FREE Menlo College Alumni Email account, go to http://alumni.menlo.edu

Username / Password

Your username and temporary password were emailed and/or mailed to you. If you need to request your username and temporary password, please contact information@alumni.menlo.edu and include

• your full name (while attending Menlo)
• your class year

A team member will respond to your request. Using your username and temporary password, you can log in and begin to use your email account. The first time you log in you will need to accept Google's Terms of Agreement. After that you are ready to send and receive mail.

Email Forwarding

To have your new alumni email forwarded to your personal email account:

• Select "Settings"
• Select "Forwarding and POP/IMAP"
• Set your preferences
• Remember to click "Save Changes" when you are finished

If you previously had your email forwarding set up, you will need to set it up again in the new alumni email system to have the same service.
