Endowed Scholarship Funds

Honor a Relative, Mentor or Friend with an Endowed Scholarship Fund

Endowed scholarship funds are established at Menlo College in honor or in memory of family, faculty or outstanding individuals with ties to the College.

Donors may create an endowed scholarship with a minimum gift of $10,000, designating criteria for student selection, including financial need, academic achievement, community service and leadership. Over the years, the principal can be increased with additional gifts of any amount to the fund.  In addition to supporting scholarships, an endowment can be used to support professorships, academic programs, athletics, the Library, student life programs and faculty scholar chairs.

Endowments ensure permanent support for the College, as these funds are invested then the income generated by the investment is used for the purpose the donor(s) wishes to support.
