All transcript requests must be made in writing; an emailed request will not be accepted. Please include the following information in your request:
Traditional Program
Full name while attending Menlo College
Social security number
Date of birth
Dates of attendance or graduation
Current address, phone number, and email address
Number of official/unofficial transcripts requested
Complete address(es) where to mail the transcripts
Signature and date
Official transcripts are $6 for the first copy and $3 for each additional copy on the same request. Unofficial transcripts are $3 each.
Once the written request is received, it is processed and mailed out within 5 working days. During peak periods, processing time will be longer. You may pay an additional $20 fee to have your request processed within 24 hours. If you would like expedited mailing (FEDEX), please pay an additional $20 per domestic address or $40 per international address. Please make sure to request these additional services.

You may fax your transcript request to 650-543-4103. If you fax your request, you must provide a Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date to pay for the transcript fee(s).
If there is a "Financial Hold" on your record, your transcript request WILL NOT be processed and you will be notified.
