Consumer Experience in Mass Customization | Strategic Marketing & Management
Turner’s research is on the consumer’s perceived value of the co-design experience in mass customization and its impact on satisfaction and online loyalty. She has extensive experience in senior management and marketing in the private sector, including the broadband cable telecommunications industry, SMEs and entrepreneurial ventures. Turner earned her A.B, cum laude in Social Studies from Harvard University, her M.B.A in Marketing & Business Policy from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business; and she is currently working on her D.B.A at Grenoble Ecole de Management in Grenoble, France.
