U.S. News & World Report has named Menlo College a "Best Regional College" in its 2013 edition of "America’s Best Colleges". Menlo ranked in the top tier of schools in the Regional Colleges (West) category. This is the second year consecutively that Menlo College has received this honor.
"Achieving this distinction shows the tremendous efforts of our faculty, staff, and students," said President James Kelly. "Menlo College is honored to reflect and emulate the innovation and success that exemplifies our Silicon Valley, California location. We have talented, hard-working students, and we are privileged to serve them and our community by fostering excellence."
The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) selected Menlo College as a 2010-2011 Five Star Champions of Character Institution for the second consecutive year.
"It is a tribute to our coaches and athletes that we are able to win this distinguished award each of the two years the program has been in place," said Keith Spataro, Athletic Director at Menlo. "It speaks volumes for the type of coaches we hire and student-athletes that we recruit. It is a great honor to work with people that hold these core values close to their heart and more model them on a daily basis."
