Transformative Diversity
"To succeed in the world of business, our students must embrace the world." – James J. Kelly, President, Menlo College
At Menlo we pack a lot of diversity into a small student body. More than half our students identify themselves as non-white. Twelve percent represent 25 different nations in Asia, Europe, Latin America and Africa. Nearly a quarter of our faculty come from countries other than the U.S.
We believe strongly that everyone deserves an equal chance at success. We also believe that our graduates must know how to work across social, racial and cultural divides. That’s why we work to ensure both our faculty and student body reflect the racial, ethnic, and geographical diversity of this country and the world.
This cosmopolitan Menlo community will prepare you to thrive in today’s multicultural workplace – and in the global marketplace. The friendships you begin on your first day at Menlo will lead to lifelong connections all over the world.
